Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday.
Kenzy’s will make every effort to ship all orders placed Monday through Friday Prior to 10:00 AM CST with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day Air shipping the Same-Day. Please note Same-Day shipping is Not Guaranteed. Air orders placed After 10:00 AM CST ship on the Next Business Day. All 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day Air orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday.
Saturday deliveries ship with Next-Day Air Only, your package will ship on Friday and be delivered on Saturday. Kenzy’s reserves the right to alter Same Day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods.
Ground orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 12:00 PM CST cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day.
Ground orders placed after the 12:00 PM CST cut off will typically ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM CST on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday or Thursday.
Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. Saturday delivery is not available with ground shipping.
Specialty Items Restrictions & Shipping
Specialty Apples, Cookies & Strawberries are not available with ground shipping. These items ship from our CA warehouse. Specialty Apples & Strawberry’s may not ship over the weekend. Orders for Chocolate Apples, Caramel Apples or Strawberries placed with a shipping day which will place them at UPS over a weekend will be held for shipping on Monday. Saturday delivery is available and will ship on Friday. You must choose Saturday Delivery during checkout when placing order or your order will ship Monday.
Specialty Items are only available with Next Day air shipping at a special rate of $44.99. All orders placed Monday through Thursday Prior to 10:00 AM CST with Next Day Air shipping ship the Same-Day. Please note Same-Day shipping is Not Guaranteed. Air orders placed After 10:00 AM CST ship on Thursday thru Sunday ship on Monday. Saturday delivery is available. See our Saturday policy below.
All chocolate gifts are shipped at your own risk. If at any time the temperature is above 74 degrees we recommend chocolate gifts ships on ice and via next day air. We do not pay claims of any kind on melted chocolate. Where UPS stores and leaves a package is not within our control and they do not pay claims on melted items. As a reminder: Chocolate and perishable gifts need to ship via Next Day air May 1st through mid October. We recommend to chocolate ship via Next Day air only during this time with an additional $7.50 surcharge for ice and cold wrap. Please specify you want the additional ice and cold wrap in the shipping comments area of your order. If you do not specify you want the ice we will not include it. If you want to ship one of these gifts via ground we are more than happy to accommodate your request. You ship these gift at your own risk at all times from May through October. We do not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for melted or damaged chocolates even when they are shipped via air. We will of course add ice or cold wrap any time you wish to pay for it. But we can tell you the ice and cold wrap will not protect chocolate when an item sits in the heat for more than 1 day. It simply will not work and again we do not offer refunds of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipping via next day air.
All other gifts containing chocolate will have the chocolates substituted out for hard candies when the gift ships any way other than next day air.
December 1st through January 4th, Ground orders placed before the 12 PM CST cut off Monday through Friday ship within 2-4 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. As an example an order placed over the weekend or Monday prior to 12 pm will ship by Thursday.
Holiday Ground Deadline
Ground orders placed before 12 PM CST by 12/12/2021 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 12 PM CST on 12/12/2021 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing. We will continue to ship any and all orders we possibly can up through Wednesday 12/22/2021. However we can not guarantee an order will ship prior to Christmas when it is placed after the above deadlines.
Holiday Air Shipping Deadline
The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/20/2021 at 10 AM CST. All air orders placed after 10 AM CST on 12/20/2021 may not ship until after Christmas.
Saturday delivery is available only by shipping next day air on Friday and choosing Saturday delivery in cart or checkout. Standard air options deliver Monday thru Friday only. Saturday delivery is the cost of Next Day air service plus an additional $25.00 and again is by special request only. We do not offer 2nd day air Saturday delivery service except under special promotions and offers. Transit times do not include the day a gift ships, Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and or shipped the next business day.
All orders must be complete with the Correct Address, City, State and Zip, Including Suite or Apt. Number. Kenzy’s will not be responsible for a gift being Misdelivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied by you when placing your order.
In the event you need to make a change to an order you must contact us before 1:00 PM CST on the day the gift is scheduled to ship. If you contact us after the gift has been picked up by the carrier we will make every effort to make the correction with the carrier’s assistance. Additional surcharges and fees will apply to all changes made after a gift has shipped and left our facility. Kenzy’s will not issue a refund or be held responsible for orders delivered late or lost due to a carrier’s inability to make a correction.

• A $19.50 Fee will be added to your bill on ground shipments and a $22.50 fee on air when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/ apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.
• Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored.
• Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/ apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
If the recipient is not home and was unable to receive the package, this does not qualify as missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters and so forth could slow delivery times. We run over 99% on time so trouble with shipping is a very infrequent event. During the months of November & December delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the increase in carrier volume.
FedEx and UPS will deliver the package to the designated area where they deliver all other packages to the company. This may be a receiving area, a welcome desk, or an administrative desk. Most companies will not allow the delivery drivers to enter an office in pursuit of a recipient, so once the package has been signed for, it is the companies’ responsibility to make sure the gift reaches the recipient.
Packages are usually delivered to the Campus Mail Room. This occurs even when an exact address, complete with door number, is on a package. This security measure most colleges have put in place to ensure the safety of their students. If you select your gift to be delivered on the weekend, its delivery could be delayed.
Hospital use a receiving area for packages. The hospital staff brings the package to a patient’s room. This process could delay the package from being delivered to a recipient for several hours and, depending on the time of day that it is initially delivered, the package might not get to the recipient until the next day. This process is to ensure the safety and privacy of the patients in the hospital. If you select your gift to be delivered on the weekend, its delivery could be delayed. Note: We do not recommend shipping to hospitals. Patients often get released before the package arrives causing additional shipping charges. We recommend sending it to their home once they are released from the hospital.
Wine & Beer Shipping – Signature Required on Alcohol
We cannot ship wine or beer outside of the United States.
Alcohol delivery laws vary by State. Wine and Beer Gift Baskets and all other gifts that contain alcohol, a 21+ signature is required. Some states restrict shipments containing alcohol. Kenzy’s evaluates destination restrictions and ships to states that are consistently open to wine shipments. Please keep this in mind when choosing where the gift basket will be delivered and calculating the delivery date. Our shipping carriers will make three attempts to deliver the gift before they return it to Kenzy’s.
Kenzy’s will not be responsible for gift baskets where an adult is not available to sign. We advise that you let the recipient know a gift is on its way.
No refunds will be issued if your gift basket containing wine or beer is being returned to us due to an adult over 21 not being available to sign for the delivery. However, if the gift basket is returned we will be happy to reship it to another location for only the cost of shipping and handling.
During hot weather months all chocolate items will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value.
Kenzy’s will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product. However in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions. During hot weather months all chocolate items will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value.
